    Remarks & Notes
Brand new Union Pacific ES44AH #8072 leads the Roseville, CA to North Platte, NE manifest (QFRNPP) through Truckee after an unscheduled stop due to one of the two GEVOs on the rear "catching fire" (reportedly shooting flames from the stack). Cal Fire was called to the scene and stretched a hose to the locomotive. The train was stopped for about 20 minutes due to this little mishap. It is unknown whether the train's crew decided to shut down the malfunctioning unit or not before they got underway again.
