Running about 15 mintues late, Amtrak Pacific Surfliner #769 (San Diego to Goleta, CA) makes a stop in Fullerton, California, on August 17th, 2013. Power for the train is the colorful F59PHI 457, wearing an Operation Lifesaver message.
