With it's safety idler flat this old rarity is switching big cars of JP-4 jet fuel. Note to photographers: Don't let familiarity breed contempt. I was there for seven years and shot this operation only twice. The locomotive is leased to Cape Fear Railwys, a common carrier, which has always used Army locomotives and handles probably 99% DOD traffic under contract. A unique operation as far as I know.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
