| What came first, the chicken or the egg? For years I've wonder if the Parkway South was designed to fit between the pillars of the this PWV bridge, or was the bridge altered to allow the Parkway to pass? By best guess is that the off center white support column was added to the bridge after the parkway was constructed, so kind of a mix of both. |
