The GLC 25 tonner switches out a cut of refurbished Bi-level coaches that were purchased from Metra, and were originally CB&Q. The coaches are for a commuter project, known as MITrain, that would provide service from Howell, MI. to Ann Arbor and Detroit. However, the project has been hampered by delays and a lack of financial backing.
