| The 08.12 Interlaken Ost to Luzern train arrives at Brienz station beside the lake of the same name hauled by rack & adhesion motor luggage van No 913 dating from 1941. A few of these venerable electricsa are still running albeit with their rack gear removed so only work the flat section of line between Meiringen and Luzern. It was they that replaced steam traction on the Brunig line. |
