| A group of assorted CSX engines sit outside the CSX Locomotive Shop. CSX engine 8483 began as a SD40 built in February of 1969 as Missouri Pacific engine 751. It was rebuilt as an SD40-2 and still serves CSX today. CSX engine 1127, a SW1001, is also seen in the background. |
