Charles Town, WV 11/2/13 - With storm clouds hanging overhead, the westbound K-975 stone train winds through the countryside of northeastern West Virginia along the CSX Shenandoah Subdivision. The former B&O branchline runs from Harper's Ferry, WV to Strasburg, VA. Only two pair of trains use this portion of the line--the Winchester local turns, and this bi-monthly stone train to Middletown, VA and back.
