| Tossing something down to the brakeman. This westbound freight was switching several cars around while utilizing the main and the two adjacent passing sidings. The operation took a couple of hours and required numerous reverse moves with cars fore and aft of the caboose. Unlike the irritated motorists, at the three road crossings that were intermittently interrupted, the photographer really enjoyed watching all of the rail action. |
