| Baby it's cold outside! An air temperature of 10 and a wind whipping out of the northwest will make for a downright cold night for this newly rebuilt GP20C ECO as it idles away at the CP yard on Rices Point near Duluth, MN. The newly refurbished John A. Blatnik bridge in the background illuminates cars traveling between Minnesota and Wisconsin.
