Fresh snow and a clean thoroughbred! GP59E 4653 rebuilt from NS 4608 in Operation Lifesaver Paint. Following on the success of the SD40E program the GP59E which takes old EMD GP59s and rebuilds and upgrades them. The first 4 (4650-4653) include a new cab.
