    Remarks & Notes
Westbound Santa Fe tonnage is about to enter Tunnel 2 at the west end of Bealville siding near Caliente, California, on March 7, 1996. Powering the train are six EMDs: lead locomotive SD45-2 No. 5801, a GP39-2r, a GP50, a GP20, and followed up with two SD40-2s. A evening haze common in springtime is coming up from the valley, as the train drops downgrade into the setting sun.
