A westbound Gibson Yard, IL, to Mira Loma, CA, auto rack begins to slow up for the bottle neck at Sibley over Missouri River bridge. The crew has a flashing yellow signal here at MP 420, as an eastbound Z-train is coming off the single track bridge. MP 420 is located between Floyd and Camden, on the out skirts of Kansas City.
