On December 6th 2013, BNSF 7488 Was The Lead Unit On K041 Coming North Up The River Line When It Hit A Car Carrier Truck, Within A Few Minutes I Believe The Truck Bursted In Flames, Lucky The Truck Driver And The Crew Escaped Ok, The Fire Was So Hot The Truck Was Completely Melted And Cause A Great Amount Of Fire Damage To The Lead BNSF Unit, Two Weeks Later, BNSF 7488 Sits Here In Selkirk Yard, BNSF Is Said To Come Out And Take A Look At The Unit To See The Damage And How They Will Get This Unit Back To BNSF For Repairs.
