| D&M 4610 had worked its way up from Cheboygan and is backing to the ferry slip as it awaits the arrival of the Chief Wawatum from St. Ignace. Nearby a MN ex- Southern RS-3 is waiting to get southbound freight for Grand Rapids after the 4610 has finished unloading the car ferry. In an odd twist most of the Chiefs business was bound for the MN but D&M handled the switching of the boat. |
