Remarks & Notes

The BN Alliance terminal had been seriously upgraded by the time I took this photo in 88. This coal load is departing with 8 big GE's. The 5548,5123, 5330,5537, 5031,5038,5344 and 5102 are heading out with the biggest consist I ever seen in my times around Alliance. That's 6 C30-7's and 2 U30C's for a total of 24,000hp and by the smoke and noise they were all on line!
