| Oneonta NAFTA. In Upstate NY a Canadian engine has a meet with a Mexican engine under cold, windy and snowy conditions that clearly show the CP engine is on home rails and the FXE is just visiting. This is the second FXE to lead a train in the snow in Upstate NY in December. The WB CP 939, lead by FXE 4675 is holding the main short of CPF-557 as NB CP 253 lead by CP 9782 rolls up the siding to work Oneonta. |
