| After electrical issues forced the DMIR #193 out of service, the only engine available to pinch hit was the former FP7 demonstrator SOO #2500. Because of radiator issues, the #2500 only runs about once a year, and hasn't since 2011. This was the first time the #2500 has run on a revenue freight train since the LSRM acquired it. Unfortunately the BNSF was having major issues with the weather and both moves that used this consist ran after dark. |
