    Scenes like this were all too common in the late 1980s and 1990s as railroads replaced their caboose fleets with end-of-train devices. Most of this gathering would be sold with a few being donated to various organizations. Note the different window designs that separate the various orders the Soo placed for extended vision cabooses.
