Remarks & Notes

BNSF 6524 heads a westbound freight towards Spokane on the Montana Rail Link between Noxon and Heron, MT. Cold temperatures, sunlight and fresh snow helped make for a postcard scene. The trailing units are BNSF 6731 and the KCS 3903. This was a > heavy LAUPAS, running 104 loads, 4 empties and 13,569 tons, 6,766 ft long.
