Norfolk Southern train 11V passes an NS maintenece of way tractor equipped with a snow-blower attachment working on the railroad access road between Altoona and Gallitzen, Pennsylvania. During inclement weather, M of W personnel still need to be able to access the mainline, so this is how the snow is removed to clear the way for work vehicles. Photo by Casey Thomason.
