The Cedar River Local slowly pulls into the north side Charles City. The day hasn't been long for this crew, but the snow plowing has been intense. 7-9 inches of snow, along with over 50 mph winds, has northern Iowa drifted in pretty good, as seen by this power. Crew said they haven't seen snow like this for a long time. This line doesn't drift in much normally, but high winds has all the cuts full. The train is 47 miles from Waterloo.
