The Cedar River local has a green signal now at the diamond with the CP's Mason City Sub after the passing of 471. The crew went to work at 7am, and have been battling the elements as shown by their 2 Dash 8's that are full of snow. Last night's winter storm dumped 7-9 inches of snow and packed high winds over 50 mph, so all the cut in are full of snow this morning. The crew said been long time since they seen snow like this on the Osage Sub.
