DWP RS-11 No. 3607 works the west end of their Duluth yard in the summer of 1973. This small yard was located on a hillside not too far below DMIR's Proctor Hill grade. It was a challenge as the mainline had grades on both ends of the yard. In 1984 DWP would move their operations to Pokegama yard near Superior, Wis, adjacent to DMIR's Interstate branch.
