| Delivered new in November 1953,80072 was a general purpose loco and was withdrawn in July 1965,having served a touch under 12 years main line service.Since then the loco has worked on several preserved lines,and is seen here in charge of a Toddington to Cheltenham working.The "Cambrian Coast Express" headboard is a little imaginative,although engines of this type did work the original service when it ran. |
