| The Manchester Turn out of Dubuque did not have time to make it back to Dubuque. So the train sits on the south siding at Manchester with a extra crew on board. Now the crew will get 3000 tons of traffic for the east together and head back to Dubuque. Due to a shortage of power in Iowa, the L565 and L586 have been sharing power, which mean the geeps get to make roads trips instead of the normal yard assignment.
