No, that's not a pair of railroad crossing gates in the foreground. Rather, it's a unique way to block off the street if there is flooding and the floodgates are closed. In the background, however, is a railroad track. In this scene, the Cincinnati Railway's restored NKP GP30 #901 sits overtop of Madison Road on the point of the CNRY's Cincinnati Dinner Train. Note the bridge is still lettered for the Pennsylvania Railroad.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
My photos of the Cincinnati Railway and their operations, including the Cincinnati Dinner Train and the Lebanon, Mason & Monroe Railroad.
