CP 9840 leads its loaded grain train west through Glenbow Ranch on a lovely spring evening. Glenbow was once a thriving community from about 1907 to 1920. It had a general store, post office, school, sandstone quarry and a rail siding. When the quarry shut down, nearly all the residents left as well. It still operates as a cattle ranch.
