Cotton Belt No. 819 is heading north on home rails in the second day of a trip from Pine Bluff, Ark., to St. Louis for the NRHS Convention. The train spent the night in Illmo (Scott City), Mo., and crossed the Mississippi River into Illinois just a few minutes earlier.
