A pair of Canadian National GEs bring southbound NS train 197 around the elevated curve and under the signal bridge at McCoy as a 'new' NS SD40-2 sits tied down on a work train in the foreground. NS 3571 is one of a group of more than 80 SD40-2s recently purchased by NS from Helm Leasing. Due to the on-going crunch for power some of these have been pressed into service before being repainted into NS black and white.
