After a dispute with CSX for 2 months over who would repair a broken rail on the interchange track, with CSX eventually agreeing to repair the rail, the interchange track is finally back in service and very busy with lots of new traffic. The GLC OSTN stops at Ann Pere to drop off 17 cars and pick up a like amount before continuing south to Osmer to pick up cars from the Ann Arbor. Photo taken on railroad property with explicit permission granted from railroad management.
