Running as the Norfolk Southern special train 045P227, Bennett Levin's train of pristine Pennsylvania Railroad varnish - complete with pair of E8As that were PRR, Conrail and PRR again - passes through the High Point, North Carolina depot on Wednesday afternoon, May 28. The train is enroute to the Streamliners event in Spencer, North Carolina.
