| During the winter times when the Furka line is closed, the DFB rolling stock is stored on different locations. These passenger cars were stocked in the MGB Glisergrund depot. As preparation of the season the freshly overhauled HG 3/4 9 (one of the engines reclaimed in Vietnam) was sent to get these cars back to the line. Here the train just crosses the Lax village. The train is in addition a test run for public steam excursions between Brig and Oberwald this year due to the centenary birthday of the line. |
