| ex-C&NW 900. Unit was traded into Alco and was a lease unit for them and then Precision National before being sold to Peabody. Peabody's line became landlocked after the ex-B&O line (last operated by Prairie Trunk Ry.) was torn up. The mine closed in 1993 and the rails were later removed. If anyone has any info on what happened to the #900, please let me know. |
