| The working life of E8075 is over, pictured here in the workshops at the Umbilo Electric Locomotive Depot in January 2011, as she was being stripped of her working parts to help keep the remaining members of her class (Class 8E - Electric Centre Cab Shunting Locomotive) working. Parts for these locomotives have become scarce in recent years and the number of those still working has reduced substantially from the original 100 that were placed in service in the early 1980s. |
