| KCS Tidewater turn empties with a foreign leader returning to Tugco mine. This operation was annulled in 2012 due to the strict new EPA rules on Texas Lignite coal. It was a Monday thru Saturday job that KCS engineers and conductors who with the most seniority could hold this job. |
