| Work Train 2 heads down the NYAR Secondary (formerly Montauk Branch) with 30 empty ballast hoppers in tow for refill. They are destined for Fresh Pond for interchange with the Providence & Worcester CHFP and ultimately one of the Tilcon quarries in Connecticut. The crew would then head back in the late afternoon with 12 fresh loads of ballast, but would Die on the Law in Jamaica soon after. |
