| After Union Pacific's Provo roundhouse was dismantled in the late 1960s, the old car shop became a shelter for locomotive maintenance. GP30 No. 818 and SD40-2 No. 3164 share the service rail while the 'Jack Track' hosts a tank car of diesel fuel. The Union Pacific and Utah Railway folks at Provo were always friendly and allowed us to expose a few photographs for posterity. |
