Riding the rails as the once proud General Electric unit of the Burlington Northern Railroad now sits on display in Gillette for railfans and non-railfans alike to view. The unit sits all alone on a little piece track at the Camplex Park area on the east side of town. Here, we get an inside look at the cab of the locomotive. This engine has sure seen better days as the controls and control panel sit all rusted up and useless with gauges broken and wires all torn out. Certainly not the most glamorous unit on display that I've seen. This photo also features my father, haha.
