This is one of those rare shots nearly twenty years in the making. In hindsight it was kinda too bad I was so rushed and exhausted from my night job to do it a little better justice. The timing couldn't of been better or the reward more sweeter than seeing this shot come together on a sunny Saturday morning as two of the last surviving blue n' greys throttle slowly past the former D&H headquarters building in the background. The crew is approaching CP-01 in the 'concrete canyon' on the west Kenwood Runner after being delayed slightly by switching until mid-morning out of Kenwood Yard. Rumors persist that these two may be broken up in the near future making this one of those times I glad I pushed myself to be trackside despite my work fatigue if indeed that becomes the case.
