VMV Leasing SDP-45 (ex-CR, originally E-L) leads an eastbound rail train. Photo taken from the 15th St. overpass, just north of the Cabin at KC, where the train will head east to Russell, KY. The yard tracks in the foreground had served as the C&O / L&N interchange prior to the formation of CSX. The yard tracks were removed not long after.
