Second view of a photographer's delight. A lashup in Vermont's beautiful Northeast Kingdom. A visit to St. Johnsbury was like a visit to a candy store in that era- so much to choose from. To the north, there was CP, to the east was Maine Central, and to the west was the "St. J" to the Fisher covered bridge. And in the yard itself was CP's elderly Alco road switcher. None of the routes had much density. but every option was high quality.
