"The Winchester & Western in Vardo yard"
WW 86 has arrived and switched it's train and is now reversing back on the yard lead at the southern end of Norfolk Southern's Vardo Yard in Hagerstown, MD. The engines will cut away and pick up it's outbound train at the north end and leave via the former CVRR (PRR) wye track near where Hager Tower once stood and controlled the interlocking between the Western Maryland Railway, Norfolk & Western and Pennsylvania Railroad. |
