| SOO 6037 is stopped alongside BNSF 740 which is on the siding at LeClaire. 740 has spent 24+ hours tied down in the siding and SOO 6037 has instructions to double both trains together. That plan changed as the crew didn't have enough time to make the move and no relief crew was called. |
