The newest arrival at Sheltam's Saaiplaas, Virginia depot is this GM (South Africa) type SW1002, built new in 1987 for the kwaZulu-Natal Finance Development Corporation and later sold to Sheltam and numbered 1004 in their fleet. In the late afternoon 1004 has just arrived at the Harmony exchange siding with a train of reef from Harmony Gold's Masimong 5 shaft.
