| EMD 645s make plenty of noise through downtown Atlanta on the night of October 24,2014. One turbo charged, one not. The normally aspirated ex Southern Railway GP38-2 No5148 makes it's presence known along with an SD40-2 counterpart as the pair powers GZ21, a transfer run from South Yard off the Atlanta South District to Industry Yard on the Griffin District. The former Southern Railway Office building serves as the backdrop along with the remains of Atlanta's Terminal Station. |
