| This is doesn't look like Minturn or the Moffat Tunnel but it is Rio Grande Tunnel Motors leading a train for the Wheeling and Lake Erie in 2014 here crossing the Portage River in Oak Harbor, Ohio on the Norfolk Southern Toledo District utilizing trackage rights from Toledo to Bellevue. |
