| Q301 heads through South Plainfield on a warm October evening in the last few rays of light. The train is led by an SD50 which was just recently upgraded at CSX's Huntington Shops to an SD50-3 receiving a Wabtec microprocessor control system
Rebuilt 16-645E3C with 3000HP, a Wabtec "FastBrake" electronic air brake system
, cab enhancements for crew comfort, a new control stand with LCD display and room for future PTC screen and completely rebuilt electrical rotating equipment.
