| Two Southern Railway boxcars make for a classic backdrop as high hood SD40-2 3291 rests at Frisco, TN on an autumn weekend waiting its next assignment. The majority of these former Southern SD40-2s have been upgraded to NS' Admiral cab and as of early November 2014 only three with their original high short hoods remain in active service on NS. |
