| Spring along the Snake River presents a few short weeks where the desert hillsides that are usually brown turn a vibrant green. On a mid-April evening, the 6-days-per-week Great Northwest Railroad's Ayer Turn cruises westward along the north bank of the Snake on it's journey to the connection with the UP at Ayer. |
